Art and Architecture are visions and they will bring capital to the city in the long term.
The city has gone, you cannot go back!
Once a cup is broken you can't fix it!
You can't replace the lost sense of place.
Patch it and you will see the glue lines.
It needs to be new, it needs to be seen with new eyes that respects and understands the past without trying to reproduce it.
