COBLER HOTEL

This adaptive reuse project transforms a four-storey heritage
building in the heart of Wellington into a boutique hotel
and restaurant celebrating the character of its industrial
past. Exposed steel, textured concrete, dark finishes,
and atmospheric lighting create a rich and intimate mood
throughout the spaces. The design carefully integrates
contemporary accessibility standards, ensuring an inclusive
experience for all guests while preserving the authenticity,
craftsmanship, and urban identity of the original structure.
